Yes, the moral superiority….that is a BIG part of it…especially if the in-shape aspect isn’t obvious to others…you have to mention the gym frequently.
Yay exercising! Hopefully you’ll be feeling better and will be up for some cardio at the gym next week.
Yeah, the moral superiority is a big part of it. Like saying that you save stray puppies on a regular basis.
I can hope but my cough seems to refuse to go away.
